Great product good for hydration first thing in the morning or during hot weather.Nothing artificial to worry about and not too salty!!
I like the electrolyte with powder, a little harder to travel with it since it has to be refrigerated.

Taking trace minerals by spraying on my skin, without taking a pill. Spraying it to my scalp, might grow some hair.
I only began to use it. The taste of the water was not great putting the max drops in (20) so now I only put 10 drops in and that seems to help.
