Happy to be trying these. From what I learned recently, magnesium is apparently best absorbed through the skin so I went ahead and purchased one bottle. My only regret is not buying more because I'm going to need more! I love spraying this all over my body and even my HAIR. I swear it gives me beach hair!!! I use this spray every night on my legs and hips as I am prone to cramping. Since using Aussie Trace Mineral Spray on a regular basis, I have not had any leg cramps, my hip pain has been reduced and I have overall better mobility in the morning.

I use the magnesium spray for keeping my red blood cell magnesium at optimal levels. RBC magnesium is different than serum magnesium; it is true indicator of the body's magnesium levels (which is low in most people). The magnesium absorbs so much better transdermally...which means I can take in more! I use this product several times per day and keep bottles in various rooms and in my gym bag so I always have access.

I sprinkle it on my face 2-4 times a day. it gives a pleasant feeling of moisturized and nourished skin and let me avoid the negative sensations usually caused by different creams. I always keep the bottle in my bag. During the days I drink a lot of water with Aussie liquid minerals, and now I feel protected and well-groomed from all sides thanks to this spray.
Three months ago I developed vertigo. It was awful. I was treated for a sinus infection with steroids, and antibiotics. A month later it returned again, and I repeated virtually the same treatment. Then within a few weeks, the vertigo started again so I knew something else was going on. I decided to “try” Aussie Trace Mineral Drops to see if it could possibly be some sort of a nutrient issue. Hi Jay,I was hospitalized for three weeks for treatment of cellulitis in my leg. Since I was released from hospital, my leg, while less painful than it had been, was still quite sore and extremely "scaly" and ugly. I am still on antibiotics for it, but it didn't seem to be improving. Then my daughter brought me a bottle of your Aussie's Best magnesium spray and recommended that I use it on my leg at least twice a day. It improved the pain and the scaly appearance of my leg almost overnight and, as you know, I immediately ordered two bottles of it via Amazon.ca. Yesterday I ordered four more bottles of it directly from Aussie's Best and I'm looking forward to receiving it within the next few days. Note that it has not completely cured the condition of my leg, but it has definitely improved the level of pain and it has cleared up the scaly appearance.
